一房多开(提前入住)无法退房零时解决
因为一房多开，也就是提前入住，导致到期时间不对，无法退房。
零时解决办法：补齐到期时间
select * from MJRooms where roomnumber='6216' and KeyId=551
update MJRooms set exp_time='2019-10-25' where roomnumber='6216' and KeyId=551
